An Alternative Approach to Legacy Modernization

An article entitled An Alternative Approach to Legacy Modernization appears in the February / March 2008 issue of Z/Journal. This article describes the Automation Enabled Modernization (AEM) approach used by Trinity Millennium Group to strike an appropriate balance between automated and manual processes for knowledge mining legacy code and transforming to newer technologies. This approach can reduce risk and increase the maintainability of the modernized applications, thus reducing costs in both the short and long term.
